WARRANTY

At Haulstar, we strive everyday with the goal of providing our customers with exceptional products and services. Thus, we provide our customers a guarantee for the entire life of the tyre we supply. We will replace the tyres for free in case of a manufacturing defect is detected after you have made the purchase. Haulstar offers to replace the tyres and cover the cost of replacements on a pro-rata basis (for instance, if the tyre has worn up 30%, we will cover 70% of the replacement costs while you will only have to pay 30%). All claims on the tyres have to be reported within a period of 7 days from the day the tyres were delivered. Haulstar will not cover any handling or shipping costs (to or from the buyer) on warranties.

In case a tyre becomes unserviceable due any of the below mentioned instances, it will not be covered by the Haulstar warranty policy:

• Damage caused by road hazards like cuts, snags, bruises, impact damage, or punctures, regardless of whether they can be repaired or not.
• Wheel or tyre imbalance, improper tyre mounting, or unsuitable repair.
• Over-inflation, under-inflation, improper maintenance or other forms of mistreatment.
• Using tyres with incompatible or incorrect valves, rims, or wheels.
• Carrying loads or driving at speeds higher than the load and speed index indicated on the tyre sidewalls.
• Second hand tyres.
• Tyres that were not stored properly.
